Terms of Service for The Jedi Knights of Cleveland

By posting on these forums, Users agree to the following Terms of Service:
User agrees not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense. Also, all users here will respect one another's opinions and beliefs.
User also agrees unconditionally not to post spoilers regarding any upcoming Star Wars material in any way, shape or form unless the presense of spoilers are clearly communicated in the topic subject or in the post itself. This includes posting spoilers of any type in your profile and signature.
User agrees not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. User agrees not to use nicknames that might be deemed abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise inappropriate. User agrees not to use names or screen-names that might mislead other Users. This includes, but is not limited to, using nicknames that impersonate developers or other users.
Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and other commercial solicitations are inappropriate on the Forums.
The Jedi Knights of Cleveland organization is not responsible for messages posted on the Forums or the content therein and will not be held responsible for any misconduct or other people's actions.
These Terms of Service apply to private messages as well. The administrators maintain the right to read private messages at the request of, but not limited to, an offended or harrassed party. This right also extends to member requests to the Council and pending a majority vote by the Council.
The owners and administrators of JKOC.com reserve the right to moderate, remove and/or censor any material deemed out of compliance with these Terms of Service
