| What happened to the 1000+ battle droids, droidekas, super battle droids, and starfighters that were in the remaining half of the Invisible Hand? Someone would have to go clean them out or they'd sneak out and start wreaking havoc killing civilians and Senators and some Jedi. Did Obi-Wan and Anakin run through and get everything? I figure they'd be too tired. Or did they send a clone battalion?

I would think that once the ship came to a stop, a squad of clonetroopers would be sent in to secure the area. Remember that Obi-Wan and Anakin never called ahead and said "Hey, you know that ship you just shot down...we're on it. Good job boyz!"
However many droids survived the crash, they'd be contained near the crash site and take out in pretty quick fashion.

Never thought about that! I think they would have taken the nesscary steps.

Well, we never heard about 'em, so I'd agree with Krash's theory. Otherwise, this would make a great headline in an issue of Star Wars Insider : "Battle Droids Wreak Havoc in Coruscant Upper Levels After Crash!"
