I voted for the scene where Luke and Leia swing across the chasm in the Death Star. (ANH)
For me, when the music "Chasm Crossfire" kicks in and they are blasting stormtroopers...that was the scene me and my friends used to reenact when we played in the backyard.

I had to go with the Luke learning that Vader his father. I wrote a paper about it for one of my college class and got an A.

I voted, and selected that one, too--but only because I didn't see any of the scenes that really impressed me.
To my way of thinking, bigger than, "No. I am your father," was, "No. There is another." Hurray, I thought, we're delivered from the Adventures of Doof Skywalker, who was annoying me pretty bad by that point, because there's someone else ready to take over! Had myself convinced it was Han Solo. I still don't believe what LOB Obi-Wan told Luke, that the other was his twin sister: Anakin, it was Yoda meant.

Had to go with," NO, I am your father". The popcorn and drinks hit the floor!! This was still a time before spoilers!!! Oh, to be surprised with such a heavy cinematic dialogue/scene again. Plus, their fight leading up to the that actual scene is great.

Actually, I knew that one going in. I had the novel well ahead of the release, and read some. I'm a little fuzzy, twenty six years on, on the exact timing, but I suspect the comic shop operator who sold me the novel might have jumped the gun.

About that, there can be no debate! Agreed, wholeheartedly. I think it's still the best overall combat in the Saga. Sure, there might have been better moves in Maul vs. Obi-Wan, and (possibly) higher stakes in Obi-Wan vs. Anakin on Mustafar, but nothing beats Luke vs. Vader for action plus dialog plus pacing plus impact--the total effect, in short.
Second best duel, is, I believe, Yoda vs. Dooku.
