That's right, fan-boys and fan-girls. And I've got pictures to prove it:

There were some more pictures I took, mostly Master Replica's stuff that are still on sale, so I only posted one's that haven't been in a while. Note that they recieved an award from the president, and I believe it was some kind of achievement award?

A tour guide pointed out the location to us, and from watching that 60 Minutes special last year before RotS, I remember Lucas talking about his new facility, which he has leased for 99 years. He sometimes comes down here, but not a lot. As you can see from the last picture, he's got his company, ILM, and Lucasarts all into one. I also got a free booklet and I got to eat in their public cafe.

It was sweet, nonetheless.

That's really cool! (understatement) Is the place open to the public everyday, or did you get to go there as part of a special tourgroup?

You have to know where to go to find it, but yeah, it's open to the public.
