Firefly Minigolf/Suncoast - UPDATE

Last weekend, Southpark Mall (Strongsville) became "a wreched hive of scum and villiany" as The Jedi Knights of Cleveland helped celebrate both the release of Revenge of the Sith on DVD, as well as halloween weekend.

Dozens of familes came Firefly Minigolf, dressed in their favorite costumes. Not only were they there for the special halloween promotion, but many came to meet Star Wars costume characters, provided by Rebel Legion and Ohio Garrison, who were featured in Firefly's ad in The Plain Dealer "Friday" section.
 In addition to minigolf and halloween costumes, The Jedi Knights of Cleveland were proud to be working with Suncoast Motion Picture Company to promote the upcoming release of Revenge of the Sith on DVD. The folks at Suncoast were even kind enough to provide a few Star Wars related prizes for a drawing held at Firefly. Last year, JKOC had made an appearance at the Suncoast at Summit Mall for the release of the Star Wars trilogy box set, and we were pleased to help once again.
On behalf of everyone here at The Jedi Knights of Cleveland, we'd like to everyone involved in making this day such a big success. From the managers of both Firefly and Suncoast Motion Picture Company, to Southpark Mall managment and security (thanks for the patience guys!) to all the families who brought their younglings to see the "Star Wars characters" ...we have as much fun putting on these events as you do attending them! |
